With that in mind, we decided to do some investigating and found out some surprising facts that have encouraged us to take the flowers from vase to plate.

Personal favourites include courgette flowers, daylilies and liquorice (yes, we didn’t know it was a plant either). We have also find out that elderflower blossom not only looks lovely in our champagne flute, it also tastes fantastic. So there you have it… we now plan to have our flowers and eat them too.
